You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchange or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

All exchange and return requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
