Washing— Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash for best results. Wash similar colors together. Do not bleach.
Drying— Line dry when possible to preserve fabric structure and drape. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat only.
Ironing — Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for a crisp finish, or leave as is — linen’s natural texture is part of its character.
Hand-embroidered pieces— For garments with hand-embroidered detailing, we recommend hand washing to protect the stitching and preserve the finish over time.
Dry cleaning — Not required, but safe if preferred.

Exchange & Refund

- Exchange or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- All exchange and return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
- Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
